Blacks co-coach Matt Vitucci said his playersshowed tremendouscommitment in the wet weather.

“Conditions weren’t the best for ourbackline, but I thought our defence was really tight,” he said.

“I thought we built on what we showed last week, and there were a lot of positivesto comeout of the game.

“All the forwardshad a dig. It was good for us, especially in the wet.

“Obviously,Aggies are prettytough up front, but we’ve showed our mettle the last couple of weeksconsideringthe limited trials that we had.”

Vitucciwas especially pleased to restrict the visitors to one try.

“You could see that when we were defending on our line thatwe really muscled up,” Vituccisaid.

“It was a matter of pride for the boys to not let them score.

“We only let them score the one try and that’s it.

“They kept attacking our line, but theycouldn’t find any way through.”
